Always consistent and not exactly "fast" food but I think it's because everything is made to order. They are still very quick.

My favorite burger place for 30 years! Love those onions!

Family friendly people and love there food

My friend's purse was stolen and the employees literally conducted a manhunt. They successfully found the thief and the purse; then called the authorities (The purse was stolen by a random customer not an employee, obviously). We retrieved the purse. I was surprised at the exemplary customer service because the burgers themselves were mediocre at best. However, I would recommend this restaurant as it gave me my favorite memory during my vacation to New Orleans.

Fantastic quality hamburgers. Onion rings could have used a little more seasoning but we were very happy overall.

Always had good food here. Even parked here during the parades because it is a place I know. The restaurant as a whole is a 5* review. But the entrance is a 1*. I drive a Prelude so it is factory built a little lower than a normal car. I can not enter the driveway without bottoming out and scraping my front bumper. No matter what angle I take it slow speed I take holding up traffic behind me I feel it scrape. I actually eat here less than I want to because I don't want to damage my vehicle so I keep driving down Veterans to a place with a better driveway entrance. I just finished paying $2,900 on a new front end and don't want to ruin it using your beyond bad driveway entrance. The parking lot isn't in the best condition either. Fix the terrible entrance and you will probably get more people wanting to use it to buy your awesome food!

The food was actually really good. The fries had a slight fishy taste but not too bad. For a small hometown joint the price was a bit high for me. The burgers were small and the large fry was little more than 10-15 fries. We all left still a little hungry

Great service and food for reasonable price

I love Lee's this place makes the best burgers out there! The burgers are so juicy and fresh plus they taste like home made burgers! They should have these all over the country so i can hit them up everywhere i go! If you're from out of town you have to hit Lee's up so you can enjoy a real burger while you're in town!

They were out of iceceaam for the milkshake. Guy said they would have it in 30 minutes. I came back 2 hours later and it was free. Great customer service.

I love Lee Hamburgers. I think they are among the top fast food burgers out there. The onion rings are the best. Why the one star rating? Well it is just for the store on Veterans in Metairie. When you go to their website you see a price for the sandwich only and a combo price. When I pulled to the window the price was literally twice the price of what I was expecting. I asked the young lady why the price difference and she said we don’t do the combo price at this location (even though it is on the menu). So literally paid the same price for just the sandwich as I would have spent on the combo. While ordering I said I wanted the combo onion rings. At any point she could have told me they didn’t have combos at this location.

Their food was overpriced. Nothing like I remembered. Long wait which I wouldn't have minded if the food was better. The grilled chicken was this thin little piece. The owner/manager was hateful to an employee in front of the customers, which to me is unacceptable. That cashier deserved a raise for what she was having to deal with.

I like this Lee's better than any of the other locations

This place is still as good as it was when I was a kid. I remember going here to get burgers and shakes with my mom and it feels really nostalgic to sip on a strawberry milkshake that had the same great taste as it did when I was a child. You can never go wrong with the works burger, onion rings and a strawberry shake.

One of the BEST places to get a great homemade burger in New Orleans. The Works burger with cheese fries is always my go to unless it is Lent, then the fried shrimp or fish sandwich is my choice. Eating this burger is an experience that just dissolves any stress. Causal setting(a flip flop jeans kind of place). 5 stars+

Says open til 10pm but not true. Went out of my way for nothing. Fix your hours please. If you close at 9pm instead of 10 please adjust your hours on here.

Bad service! The lady at the drive thru window overcharged the price for a HAMBURGER which was supposed to be $5.99 but she says it's $12.00 which is quite ridiculous! Hopefully never comong back here.

Burger was exceptional. Chili Cheese Fries were great. Onion rings were hard and tasted like the outer skin wasn't fully removed.

Not trendy or unique just a great classic burger quick and cheap. If there is a Lee's around forget about any other fast food burger joint. They don't need any special toppings or fancy stuff. Classic and always good!

All I can say is the greats never change! Lee's is phenomenal and has a very simple menu with an awesome selection of burgers. Sometimes keeping it simple and classic is the best way to go!

Always good fresh affordable food. The onion rings are great! Don't skip them. I've gotten "The Works" burger or the grilled chicken numerous times. This place never disappoints.

Lee's has awesome food,but this time.The mouth watering chicken sandwich was not good.cold cheese was hard,just not the Lee's I know.This was the Veterans location.
